This September, Sanctus Real singer Matt Hammitt will release Every Falling Tear, a very special solo album featuring songs he wrote last year as his newborn son, Bowen, went through a season of surgeries for a rare heart condition.
"All of Me," the first single from Every Falling Tear, is available now wherever you buy digital music including iTunes and Amazon. A new single from the record will be released digitally each month leading up to the September release.
